AI Agents

AI agents for
real operations.

An Ayntra agent is software that can read your systems, decide what to do and do it, within limits you set. It handles the routine and hands the rest to your people.

The agent loop

Sense, decide, act, learn.

Every agent runs this loop continuously. You choose which steps it may take on its own and which need a person's approval.

01 · Sense

Read the signal

Pulls live data from sensors, inboxes, ERPs and APIs.

02 · Decide

Reason it through

Weighs the data against your rules and past outcomes.

03 · Act

Do the work

Files the ticket, adjusts the setpoint, sends the reply.

04 · Learn

Get better

Logs every result and asks a person when it is unsure.

Agent types

Agents built around a job, not a demo.

Each agent is shaped to one team's work and connected to the tools that team already uses.

Operations agent

Monitors assets and sites, raises and follows up work orders, and reports on what changed overnight.

Finance agent

Reconciles invoices and payments, chases missing documents and prepares reports for review.

Support agent

Answers routine questions from your knowledge base and drafts replies for anything sensitive.

IoT agent

Reads device data, spots faults early and acts on them through your control systems.

Sales agent

Qualifies leads, keeps the CRM up to date and prepares follow-ups for your team.

Internal helpdesk agent

Answers staff questions on HR, IT and policy, and routes the rest to the right person.

Guardrails

You stay in charge.

An agent is only useful if you can trust it. These controls are part of every agent we deliver.

Human approval

You decide which actions need sign-off before they happen.

Full audit log

Every reading, decision and action is recorded and reviewable.

Least access

Agents get only the permissions their job needs, nothing more.

Your data stays yours

Deploy in your own cloud account when your policies require it.

Connects to

Works with the tools you already run.

Agents connect through standard APIs and protocols, so there is no need to replace your systems first.

Questions

Common questions.

What is the difference between an agent and automation?

Automation follows fixed steps. An agent can read unstructured input such as emails, documents or sensor patterns, decide which steps apply, and handle cases a fixed workflow would get stuck on. We often use both together.

Will an agent replace my team?

No. Agents take over repetitive work so your people can focus on decisions, customers and exceptions. Anything outside the agent's limits goes to a person.

Where does our data go?

We agree this with you up front. Agents can run in your own cloud account, and we only connect the systems the job needs.

How do we start?

Send us one workflow your team repeats every day. We will come back with whether an agent is the right fix and what a first version would look like.
